Vacupress Series

Made by combining the Armorvin technology with the braided hose technology, the first real Thermoplastic Suction and Delivery hose has been introduced, even TRANSPARENT!!

Armorvin Series

The steel wire is preformed in a spiral shape and introduced in an extrusion head. The molten PVC material is pushed through the extrusion head and in one run, the whole wall is extruded enveloping the steel spiral.

America Series

Any basic spiraled hose will consist of a plasticized PVC wall and a rigid spiral. The two molten materials are conveyed into an extrusion head, pushed through a die and the profile is wound around a mandrel to make the hose wall.

Spiraled Air Series

Any basic spiraled hose will consist of a plasticized PVC wall and a rigid spiral. The two molten materials are conveyed into an extrusion head, pushed through a die and the profile is wound around a mandrel to make the hose wall.

Superflex Series

By extrusion of a Polyurethane tape or profile, which is brought together with a steel wire, which generally is copper coated or, for the heavier versions also PU covered to give the best possible adhesion.

Braided Hose Series

An inner hose is formed by extrusion and kept open by air. The inner hose is then fed through a braiding machine, with two reels with multiple spools of Polyester yarn, which turn in opposite directions to form the cross-braiding.

Jamaica Layflat Series

An inner hose is formed by extrusion and kept open by air. This inner hose is then fed through a braiding machine with two reels, with multiple spools of Polyester yarn, which turn in opposite directions to form the cross-braiding.

Spiral Guard Series

This particular product was created to protect a single hose or bundle and protect a number of hoses and cables. By extrusion of a profile in a rigid thermoplastic material, brought on a mandrel then, keeping each turn of the profile at the right distance, a spiral is shaped.
