Jamaica Layflat Series
- An inner hose is formed by extrusion and kept open by air.
- This inner hose is then fed through a braiding machine with two reels, with multiple spools of Polyester yarn, which turn in opposite directions to form the cross-braiding.
- The braided inner hose will pass through an extrusion head, where the outer layer will be extruded on. The finished hose then will be flattened and coiled.
- By using different materials, variations with specific characteristics are produced, to suit various applications.
