Armorvin Series
- The steel wire is preformed in a spiral shape and introduced in an extrusion head.
- The molten PVC material is pushed through the extrusion head and in one run, the whole wall is extruded enveloping the steel spiral.ù
- By using, more or less flexible, food or industrial grade materials, tighter or wider pitch of smaller or bigger spirals and of course by increasing or lowering the total weight of the hose, different versions of Armorvin and Metalflex have been created over the years.
- The automation of the production lines with automated cutting has allowed us to achieve a high output at competitive cost levels.
